The Algo Dosys vibrating channels allow you to work continuously without stopping while maintaining an error tolerance of less than 1% of the flow rate set by the operator (set-point);
Our feeder can work in gravimetric mode, or if desired in volumetric mode, in environments that are not fundamentally optimal, such as the presence of dust, high temperatures, vibrations, vapors, without losing sensitivity on the weight reading.

UPDATE INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS


Updating of the electronic and mechanical part in existing systems, on any type of doser, with Siemens PLC interface and remote assistance.

STEP 1. INSPECTION SYSTEM

Inspection of the existing system and control of the mechanical and electronic parts to be replaced according to customer needs.


STEP 2. CONSULTATION AND INTERACTION WITH THE CUSTOMER

Verbal interview with the customer, advising, with our best experience, the parts that need to be replaced and those that could be overhauled.


STEP 3. DESIGNING IN TOTAL SYNCHRONY WITH THE CUSTOMER

Designing of new mechanical and electronic parts and to be revised, based on what has been agreed and ordered by the customer with continuous dialogue with the technical manager to optimize the project.


STEP 4. MAKING PLANT

Production of the materials to be replaced, whether mechanical or electronic, are built at our headquarters. The parts, however, that must be replaced by the customer will be carry out during the installation (new cables, joints, connectors, cable ducts, air pipes ..)


STEP 5. REMOVING THE OLD SYSTEM AND INSTALLING A NEW ELECTRONIC PART

Before installing the system upgrade, all parts to be replaced will be removed.


STEP 6. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE, EVEN FROM REMOTE MODE

Once the system is completed, program sources will be provided, both of the PLC and of the operator touch-panel with use and maintenance manuals with all the certifications; the customer will have remote assistance from AlgoDosys team.
